Returns

Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of the receiving the product.

Ship the product back within the box you received it in to the return address label on the outer packaging.

If you cannot find the return address or have lost it, contact me through the 'Contact' page and request the return address.

You will receive a full refund within the coming weeks of the returned product being received.

Product exchange within the same category of jewellery will be accepted, contact for more details.

Only after you fill out this form below can you ship your product(s) back to sender.
